A fleet business, not a rideshare company. We own the vehicles and run the operations behind them.
What the company is
Cincinnati CyberFleet LLC acquires Tesla Cybercab vehicles and operates them as a commercial fleet in the Greater Cincinnati market. Revenue comes from vehicle utilization on the Tesla Robotaxi Network rather than from any direct relationship with riders.
This is a deliberately narrow business. We do not build autonomy software, operate a dispatch platform or compete with the network we run on. Our work begins when a vehicle is delivered and ends when it is retired.
Why a single market
Concentrating on one metropolitan area keeps charging infrastructure, cleaning, maintenance and regulatory relationships within a single operating footprint. A fleet spread thinly across several markets carries the overhead of each without the density benefits of any.
