Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, who sees it, and how long it is kept.

Collection of your information

We collect personal information only where you provide it, and a small amount automatically.

Information you give us

  • Contact form — your name, email address, an optional phone number, the topic you select and your message.
  • Letter of intent — the above, plus any entity name, the basis on which you state you qualify as an accredited investor, the number of slots you are interested in, and the time of that statement.
  • Accepted investors — name, email address, entity name and verification status, together with a reference to where verification documents are held outside this site.

Information collected automatically

  • Request data — IP address and browser identifier, recorded with contact and letter-of-intent submissions and in ordinary server logs.
  • Dashboard sign-in — a hashed copy of each single-use sign-in link, its expiry, whether it has been used, and the address it was issued to. Investors have no passwords on this site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send through this site, Social Security numbers, bank or brokerage account numbers, or tax documents. Verification of accredited status is handled directly by counsel or a verification service, on their systems rather than ours.

Use of your information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your enquiry;
  • evaluate a letter of intent and correspond with you about it;
  • meet the recordkeeping and verification obligations that apply to an offering under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D;
  • give accepted investors access to their dashboard and reporting;
  • operate, secure and improve the site, including preventing abuse of its forms.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Disclosure of your information

We disclose personal information only as set out here:

  • Our administrators, to review submissions and manage investor records.
  • Professional advisers — securities counsel, and any escrow agent, verification service or accountant engaged in connection with the offering — solely to process a requested investment.
  • Service providers that host this site and deliver its email, acting on our instructions.
  • By law, where we are required to disclose, or to establish or defend legal claims.
  • On a business transfer, if the company or its assets are acquired, subject to this policy.

We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Tracking technologies

The site sets only the cookies it needs to operate: a session cookie and a cross-site request forgery token. It runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.

Third-party websites

The site links to third-party material, including agency publications, legal sources and news coverage. Those sites are not operated by us and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Security of your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. Sign-in links are stored only as a hash, expire, can be used once, and can be revoked. Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web root.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that the information you provide will not be accessed or disclosed through a breach of our safeguards.

Retention

Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Letters of intent, investor records and records relating to accredited-investor verification are kept for as long as the securities laws and our recordkeeping obligations require, which may be several years after an offering closes.

Policy for children

The site is not directed to children, and the offering it describes is available only to verified accredited investors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Controls for do-not-track features

Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track setting. No common standard governs how sites should respond to it. This site does not track users across other websites, so no behaviour changes when the signal is set.

Options regarding your information

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Requests go to support@cincicyberfleet.com.

Some information cannot be deleted on request. Records connected to an offering must be retained under securities law regardless of a deletion request, and we will tell you when that applies.

Your state privacy rights

Residents of some states have additional rights over their personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion and the right not to have it sold. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right available to you, contact us at the address below.
