The Plan
From ten vehicles outward
Expansion is earned from observed unit economics, not assumed from a spreadsheet.
Sequencing
The initial ten-vehicle fleet exists to produce real operating data in this market: actual utilization, actual charging cost, actual cleaning and maintenance cadence, actual revenue per vehicle per day. Those figures either support a larger fleet or they do not.
Additional vehicles are added once the operating data supports the incremental capital, and once charging and service capacity exists to absorb them without degrading availability across the existing fleet.
Constraints we expect to bind
Vehicle supply
Delivery allocation and timing are set by Tesla, not by the operator.
Charging capacity
Fleet growth outpaces charging access unless infrastructure is secured ahead of delivery.
Regulatory scope
The geographic area in which driverless operation is permitted governs where vehicles can earn.
