What this ledger is
Each line is a real expense entered by the operator and published deliberately. Rows are added as capital is deployed; an empty section means nothing has been published in that category yet, not that nothing will be.
Publication policy
What is published. Every expense paid from raise proceeds, in these categories:
- Vehicles
- Charging & infrastructure
- Insurance
- Maintenance & cleaning
- Legal & compliance
- Operations
- Other
When. Updated at least quarterly, alongside the investor reporting cycle, and sooner for a single item above $10,000.
What is withheld, and why. Three things: the identity of an individual where publication would disclose personal information such as a private landlord or a named employee; pricing a vendor provides under a confidentiality term, which is shown as a category total rather than a line; and payroll at individual level, shown in aggregate. A withheld line is still counted in its category total, so the totals on this page remain complete. Nothing is withheld because it is unflattering.
How it reconciles. Published spend is money released from counsel trust to the company and paid out. It reconciles to the escrow release record and to the allocations on use of proceeds. Where actual spend diverges from the planned allocation, the quarterly report explains the difference rather than restating the plan.
These figures are operator-prepared and unaudited. They are not a substitute for the financial statements provided under the offering documents.
